Refund Policy

Welcome to ALPHA CodeX ("we", "our", "us"). We operate as a tech hybrid execution platform that provides real-world digital services including website development, application building, AI solutions, SaaS systems, academic projects, and custom software development.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided for payments made to ALPHA CodeX.

By purchasing any service from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

All payments made to ALPHA CodeX are considered service-based payments for execution work, not product purchases.

Because our services involve time, effort, planning, and team allocation, most payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

Once project planning has begun, requirements have been accepted, team members have been assigned, development or execution work has started, or any milestone work has been delivered, refunds will not be provided.

At this stage, resources and time are already allocated, making refunds non-applicable.

Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as when project execution has not yet started, no team allocation has been made, the client requests cancellation shortly after payment, or ALPHA CodeX is unable to proceed due to internal constraints.

All partial refunds are handled at the sole discretion of ALPHA CodeX management.

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind after project confirmation, lack of communication from the client, delays caused by incomplete client inputs, or dissatisfaction caused by unrealistic expectations not mentioned in the accepted requirements.

Refunds will also not be provided for partial or completed delivery of work, downgrade or cancellation during the execution phase, or services already delivered within the agreed scope.

For larger projects, payments may be divided into milestones.

Each milestone payment is non-refundable once that phase is completed. Work may continue only after milestone approval or payment confirmation, and completed milestones are considered delivered services.

If a project is canceled before execution begins, a partial refund may be reviewed.

If a project is canceled during execution, no refund will be provided, but remaining work may be stopped.

If a project is canceled after delivery, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

ALPHA CodeX is committed to delivering high-quality execution-based work, including website and application development, AI-based systems and automation tools, startup MVPs, SaaS platforms, academic and student projects, and custom business solutions.

Refunds are not used as a replacement for feedback or revision requests.

In most cases, client concerns are resolved through bug fixes, design improvements, minor revisions within scope, and clarification-based adjustments.

We prioritize refinement over refund so that the final outcome can be improved within the agreed project scope.

ALPHA CodeX reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving misuse of services, false claims, abuse of the refund system, unauthorized chargebacks, or attempts to obtain completed work without payment.

Legal action may be taken if necessary.

If a refund is approved, the expected processing time is 5 to 10 business days.

Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method where applicable, subject to payment provider timelines and rules.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
