To use ALPHA CodeX, you must be at least 13 years of age or the applicable legal working age in your region.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration, application, contact, or project submission processes.

You understand that participation in certain areas of ALPHA CodeX may be based on execution-based evaluation. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove users from the platform at our discretion.

Accounts may be created and managed by ALPHA CodeX administrators, especially where role-based onboarding is used.

In some cases, users do not create accounts independently and may receive access only after review, selection, or internal approval.

Login credentials must be kept confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspected account misuse must be reported immediately.

We are not responsible for misuse of accounts caused by user negligence.

Users may be assigned roles such as Builder, Designer, Project Manager, Client, Intern, Admin, or Management.

Each role has specific permissions, responsibilities, and access levels within the ALPHA CodeX system.

We reserve the right to change roles, permissions, assignments, or access levels based on performance, trust, operational needs, or platform requirements.

ALPHA CodeX provides website and application development, AI-based solutions, automation systems, startup MVP development, academic and student project services, business software, SaaS development, and execution-based collaboration projects.

All services are delivered through structured internal teams, workflows, and review processes.

Payments may be required for services such as project development, product execution, marketplace access, support, or other paid offerings.

All payments must be completed before or during project execution as agreed between the client and ALPHA CodeX.

Pricing is project-based and may vary depending on requirements, complexity, scope, timeline, and operational needs.

ALPHA CodeX reserves the right to modify pricing, packages, and service terms at any time.

Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases at our discretion.

Users agree to provide accurate and honest information, use the platform lawfully, respect team members and collaborators, avoid submitting false, harmful, or illegal content, and follow execution workflows and guidelines.

Clients are responsible for providing clear requirements, timely feedback, necessary assets, and approval decisions required for project progress.

Builders and internal contributors are responsible for maintaining professional conduct, respecting confidentiality, and completing assigned tasks responsibly.

All content, systems, branding, workflows, platform structure, visual identity, and internal operating models of ALPHA CodeX are owned by the platform unless otherwise stated.

Work delivered to clients becomes their property after full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Builder contributions may be showcased in portfolios, case studies, proof-of-work records, or public profiles where appropriate and subject to confidentiality requirements.

ALPHA CodeX may display builder profiles, project contributions, skills, roles, performance metrics, case studies, and completed work to showcase proof of work and system transparency.

Data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Use Notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access, remove users from projects or teams, restrict platform access, or revoke role-based permissions due to misconduct, inactivity, policy violations, trust concerns, or operational needs.

Termination may occur without prior notice in serious cases, including misuse, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or harmful behavior.

ALPHA CodeX is not liable for indirect losses or damages, project delays caused by external factors, misuse of the platform by users, third-party service failures, or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate client inputs.

All users participate in ALPHA CodeX at their own responsibility and agree that services are delivered according to agreed scope, feasibility, and operational constraints.

We may update platform features, dashboards, pricing models, workflow systems, services, roles, policies, and these Terms & Conditions over time.

Users will be notified when major changes occur where practical. Continued use of ALPHA CodeX after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

ALPHA CodeX operates on core principles of execution over theory, proof over certificates, systems over randomness, and real-world outcomes over passive learning.
